This survey has been developed to assist the instructors and staff to evaluate our teaching and learning effectiveness. It is in addition to and supplements the UC Berkeley Campus generated online Course Evaluations and is not meant to replace the completion of formal Online Course Evaluations which all students are expected to complete.  

The survey is anonymous and all responses are secure.  Summaries will not be available to instructors until after course grades have been submitted.

Your evaluation is essential because courses are continually reviewed and evaluated to make them more effective.
